Return & Refund Policy for i95 Vapes
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days on products received with the wrong model ONLY. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since you received your item. Additionally, you may cancel your order only if it has not shipped. Once your order has shipped from our facility, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Items
No refunds on sale items – All sales are final for discounted products.
Due to the nature of disposable vapes and their manufacturing process, defects are NOT covered for any reason whatsoever – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Opened products containing E-LIQUID are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations. This includes but is not limited to:
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unused and in the same condition that you received it
✅ Must include the original packaging
✅ Must provide proof of purchase
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged upon arrival, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Orders that are returned due to customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Return Instructions
To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds or credits may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted after 5 business days:
Check with your credit card company – it may take time for the refund to be processed.
Contact your bank – there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Lost or Stolen Packages
i95 Vapes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has shipped, we have no control over the carrier’s delivery process. If your package is lost or stolen:

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@i95vapes.com to start the exchange process.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
