PO BOX SHIPPING ADDRESSES ARE NOT ALLOWED
We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes under any circumstances. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
Order Processing
All orders have a processing time of 24 to 72 business hours.
However, most orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Orders will ship via our reliable shipping carriers with signature required upon delivery and photo ID showing 21 and up as required by Federal Law.
All shipping methods apply to business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.
Please Note:
We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays.
If you place an order during these times, processing will resume on the following business day.
Required Adult Signature Service
In compliance with Federal Law, all vape-related orders will require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery.
The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID to confirm age.
If no one is available to sign for the package and it is returned to us, we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Shipping Carriers
We use a trusted shipping network of regional and local carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
i95 Vapes is not responsible for errors, delays, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, we do not provide refunds or reshipments.
Any packages returned by the carrier will receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
Delivery Timeframes
After your order has been processed (within 24 to 72 business hours), you will receive a tracking email confirming that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment.
Carrier delivery times vary based on your location within the United States.
Lost or Stolen Packages
i95 Vapes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once the package leaves our facility and is with the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you return an order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is returned to us:
We will issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost.
We are not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
